For the toilet, bathroom, and kitchen, Eucapro Eucalyptus Oil is a great natural alternative to harsh chemicals. Add a cupful to a bucket of water for mopping the floor and cleaning the surface area. Also, remove unpleasant odors and kill germs – pour a cup full of eucalyptus oil and pour it into the sink or toilet bowl.
Cold and Flu
Add a few drops of Eucalyptus oil to the bowl of hot water. Cover head with a towel and inhale vapors to help relieve cold and flu symptoms. Add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to a handkerchief or tissue to the blocked nose and inhale gently.
For children’s cold – Massaging Eucapro Eucalyptus oil onto the child’s chest and back will assist to clear the air passage and make it easier to breathe. For children with tender skin, it is recommended that eucalyptus oil is to be diluted with a carrier oil such as Olive or other vegetable oil.
Muscular Aches and Pains
For the relief of muscular aches and pains, sprains, and strains. Gently massaging Eucapro eucalyptus oil on the affected area will provide soothing relief and reduce swelling. Repeat at intervals until pain or swelling disappears.
Head Cold and Flu
Insect Bites – apply directly to the area will provide quick relief from the pain of the insect bites.
Gum and Glue Remover
Eucapro Eucalyptus oil quickly removes chewing gum from shoes, floors, and hair. It is particularly good for taking off adhesive labels without damaging the surface. It is a painless method for removing sticking plaster from the skin. Can be used on windows and mirrors to clean finger marks.
Household Uses:
Hand cleaner – apply to hand for cleaning hand and skin of unpleasant smells, or greasy hand.
Spot and Stain Remover – Place a few drops of Eucalyptus oil onto a moistened cloth and by brushing towards the center of the stained area. It is recommended to carry out a test patch before use – in general, Eucalyptus oil does not stain or smear material.
Laundry Wash – pour 1 to 2 cupfuls of eucalyptus into the washing machine – will provide a clean eucalyptus smell on your washing.
Floors, bathroom, and toilet cleaner - Add a teaspoon of Eucarpro Eucalyptus Oil to a bucket of water when moping or washing floors. It's great for removing unpleasant odor as it is great for cleaning and deodorizing at the same time and leaves a pleasant eucalyptus smell.
DIY Eucalyptus Spray - Add a cupful of eucalyptus oil to a spray bottle and add 1-2 squirts of dishwashing liquid to this mix then top it up with water. Use it as a spray on the following:
- For dustbin and cooktop – Great for removing unwanted odour and killing germs. On the cooktop, area to remove oil and grease from the cooktop. Around the house on sofas, carpets, and children's soft toys.
- Insert repellent – apply the above spray mix around the house to deter insects, bugs, and mosquitoes.
- Pet Areas - apply the above spray mix for freshening and deodorizing pet areas and to remove unpleasant odours. Also, deter bugs in the pet area.

When do I receive my order?

When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and an email confirmation has been sent. It will contain your Order # and shipping details. A second email will be sent to you once order has been fulfilled and on its way to you.
How can I track my order?
The second fulfillment email sent to you will contain a tracking number for your reference. You may track it using our third party logistics partner which will be provided to you.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it’s been confirmed. We recommend that you review order details before checking out. For special requests, kindly email info@totsandmomsph.com.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fee will depend on the size and weight of the items and the location of the delivery. You may see the calculated shipping fee upon check out. Larger packages may incur additional shipping charges.

We offer same day delivery for Cebu buyers.
Do you have a pickup location?
You may pick your orders up at our physical store located at 2F Piazza Elesia, Gov. M. Cuenco, Talamban, Mandaue City, Cebu.

How long do I have to settle payment before my order is cancelled?
You have 72 hours to complete your purchase. If the payment hasn’t been fully settled within that time, your order will be cancelled. If you paid partially, we will also partially fulfill your order based on the total amount of products your payment can cover.
Damages on Purchased Item
Please inspect all items upon receiving your item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue. We can opt to replace the damaged item with the same one, or you can replace it with another item. Should there be issues with sizing or preference, the purchase can be exchanged, under the terms and conditions of our Exchange Policy below.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, vitamins and supplements), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), fashion accessories that are for pierced ears, and personal care goods (such as skincare and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Returns on sale items or gift cards are also not allowed.
Exchanges
Should you change your mind about your purchases, provided that the item is unused and unopened and does not fall under the Non-Returnable items list, you can exchange the product for another product within 7 days of purchase. Please present your transaction receipt upon your request. We reserve the right to deny the return if these conditions are not met.
For Online orders, return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
