Keep your breast pump parts clean and hygienic  

When it comes to sanitizing your baby’s feeding equipment and breastfeeding essentials, you don’t want to take any chances. Quick Clean™ Microwave bags are a speedy solution for sanitizing breast pump parts and accessories, bottles, teats, dummies and cups. They can be used pretty much anywhere – you just need access to a microwave and clean water.

How do Quick Clean™ Microwave bags work?

Medela microwave bags use steam to kill germs, common bacteria and yeast quickly and easily, similarly to a steam sterilizer or bottle sterilizer that use steam to disinfect breast pump parts and other accessories. As with all other sanitizing methods, there’s a bit of prep to do – simply rinse the items you want to sanitize with cold, clean water, then clean with warm, soapy water before rinsing again. Next add a little water to the bag, along with your parts, and seal. Pop in your microwave and heat according to the instruction manual (a minimum of three minutes). Once done, carefully remove the water and the parts from the bag and dry with a clean cloth: for full instructions, see the product packaging.

Space-saving sanitizing solution

Forget bulky steam sterilizers or juggling giant pans of boiling water for sanitizing, Quick Clean™ Microwave bags can be folded up for slim, simple storage. But although they’re small, Quick Clean™ Microwave bags are surprisingly roomy, for example one bag can hold:

  • one breast shield/connector/valve-membrane assembly, as well as a bottle with cap or teat
  • two breast shield/connector/valve-membrane assemblies
  • two 150 ml breast milk bottles and caps/teats
  • two 250 ml breast milk bottles and caps/teats

Are Medela steam bags reusable?

Yes, each Quick Clean™ Microwave bag can be used up to 20 times, which means they’re economical as well as convenient. There’s even a handy panel of numbered boxes on the front of each one so you can keep a record of how many times you’ve used it – a smart idea for busy mums, particularly if you’re breastfeeding and working fulltime.

When do I receive my order?

Our standard delivery times are summarized below. Non-working days include Sundays, and Public Holidays. These are for products that are not customized and are readily-available.

 

  • Cebu City - 1-2 working days
  • Metro Manila - 4 - 6 working days
  • Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao - 5-7 working days

    When is my order confirmed?

    Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and an email confirmation has been sent. It will contain your Order # and shipping details. A second email will be sent to you once order has been fulfilled and on its way to you. 

    How can I track my order?

    The second fulfillment email sent to you will contain a tracking number for your reference. You may track it using our third party logistics partner which will be provided to you.


    Can I make changes to my order?

    Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it’s been confirmed. We recommend that you review order details before checking out. For special requests, kindly email info@totsandmomsph.com.

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping fee will depend on the size and weight of the items and the location of the delivery. You may see the calculated shipping fee upon check out. Larger packages may incur additional shipping charges.

    Do you offer same day delivery?

    We offer same day delivery for Cebu buyers.

     

    Do you have a pickup location?

    You may pick your orders up at our physical store located at 2F Piazza Elesia, Gov. M. Cuenco, Talamban, Mandaue City, Cebu.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We have different payment channels available:

    • Online Bank Transfer
    • GCash QR Code
    • Debit & Credit Card (PayMongo) 


    How long do I have to settle payment before my order is cancelled?

    You have 72 hours to complete your purchase. If the payment hasn’t been fully settled within that time, your order will be cancelled. If you paid partially, we will also partially fulfill your order based on the total amount of products your payment can cover.

    Damages on Purchased Item

    Please inspect all items upon receiving your item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue. We can opt to replace the damaged item with the same one, or you can replace it with another item. Should there be issues with sizing or preference, the purchase can be exchanged, under the terms and conditions of our Exchange Policy below.

    Non-returnable items 
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, vitamins and supplements), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), fashion accessories that are for pierced ears, and personal care goods (such as skincare and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Returns on sale items or gift cards are also not allowed.

     

    Exchanges 
    Should you change your mind about your purchases, provided that the item is unused and unopened and does not fall under the Non-Returnable items list, you can exchange the product for another product within 7 days of purchase. Please present your transaction receipt upon your request. We reserve the right to deny the return if these conditions are not met.

    For Online orders, return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

     

    Refunds 
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If a special Returns Policy does not appear on your receipt under an in-store purchase, the policy will refer to this Returns Policy.
